In July of 2024, Community Partnership leased the Artisan Catering Company. This 5.09 acre property features a fully-equipped commercial kitchen, dining room, outdoor patio space, and surrounding grounds. Community Partnership hopes to transform the property into a community-focused space featuring a commissary kitchen, education and flexible event space, and outdoor agricultural growing and learning spaces.
